View-only.Support verifies identity and confirms a request is open — but cannot shorten the 48-hour cooldown or issue a code early. The clock is immovable and the code is delivered only to the client, by polling, at or after the unlock time.

No unlock requests.

There is no action here that unlocks a device. Removal always requires the client to complete the 48-hour wait and consume a one-time code it fetches itself.
